Owen Daniels are supporting a leading Manufacturing business in Coventry for a Senior Quality Engineer - Join a fast-growing international manufacturing business, trusted by industry leaders across automotive, aerospace, energy, and industrial sectors. With facilities across Europe and the UK, the reputation is built on precision, reliability, and innovation. As part of continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quality Engineer.

The Role:
As Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll be a key player in driving quality excellence across our manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure our products consistently meet both customer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead quality investigations and drive robust root cause analysis and corrective actions
Hands on problem solving skills. 8D, 5Y.
Own and improve core quality processes including PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and control plans
Liaise with customers on quality issues and audits
Support compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 or similar standards
Mentor junior engineers and help embed a proactive quality culture across the site

Solid background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies
Experience with internal and external audits
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement
