To be successful in this position, you will have/be;
- Comprehensive support to key customers regarding spares, shipset installations, warranty team support, schedule management and order processing
- Thorough knowledge of all seating products within Acro and the wider market
- Customer relationship management, building long-term collaborative multilevel relationships
- Lead sales negotiations with managed key accounts
- Active participation within both the sales and aftermarket teams
- Manage the aftermarket sales function – specifically spares sales and distribution
- Manage and develop aftermarket sales opportunities within managed accounts
- Responsible for the delivery of monthly/annual spares/aftermarket sales targets and forecasting
- Contribute to the wider sales forecast
- Manage shipset orders and schedules both internally and directly with the customer
- Develop and pursue new business within the key account network
- Support the delivery of major programmes – to be directly involved with relevant key accounts from point of sale to delivery and through life support
- The position will involve global travel to support direct customer meetings
Skills and experience required
- Degree or equivalent and demonstrable experience in managing customers/programmes in the aerospace seating sector
- Extensive knowledge of the aerospace industry
- Proven background in direct customer-facing roles within the aerospace sector
- Demonstration of commercial acumen and ability to foster value-adding relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part and lead a team
