We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to help create a dynamic and efficient work environment as we continue to grow and deliver outstanding consultancy services to our clients.
Job Description: The HR Advisor will provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. This role involves working closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Work Pattern: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
  • Maintain HR records and documentation
  • Conduct training and development programs
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in HR is a plus
