Are you dynamic and strategic-minded with a proven record of building growth? If so, our AMS Division has the perfect role for you.

We are seeking a Head of Sales to develop a sales strategy that delivers on commercial growth targets. You will identify appropriate routes to market to support product innovation and contribute effectively to the development of the customer value proposition.

The Head of Sales takes ownership of the go-to-market strategy, ensuring deep understanding of evolving customer needs and how the AMS Division’s propositions could be deployed to meet those needs.

What you can expect from the role

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  2. Communicate sales strategy to the team, ensuring alignment with business aims and values.
  3. Manage and coach the sales team to drive performance and deliver on business plans.
  4. Develop strategic client relationships and drive global solutions for customer loyalty.
  5. Ensure the territory's performance aligns with annual business objectives.
  6. Utilise data effectively to make informed business decisions.
  7. Lead, develop, and manage a highly productive sales team, driving customer-centric solutions.
  8. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge at each stage of the sales process, enabling effective capability assessment and performance management.

Experience, qualifications and skills you will have

  1. 10–15 years of general experience
  2. 6-10 years of managerial experience covering:
    1. Planning, managing and delivering sales targets in line with business strategy
    2. Strategy and policy definition and implementation
  3. Commercial sales experience
  4. Proven track record of driving growth
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
