Salt Separation Services have been leading in desalination technology for over 35 years; specialising in the engineering, commissioning and servicing of reverse osmosis (RO) plants that provide drinkable water solutions across a variety of industries. Our systems are used in sectors including naval, oil, cruise ships, and more. We’re committed to designing reliable, high-quality RO and water filtration solutions that meet the unique demands of each industry and customer we serve. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop theSales and Aftersalesteam to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and drive effectivesales strategiesto grow the business.
  • Develop and maintain a robustsales pipelinefor both new and existing clients.
  • Represent thevoice of the customer, ensuring their needs and expectations shape business decisions.
  • Implementbest-in-class sales processesto enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively across business functions to drivebusiness developmentand revenue growth.
  • ManageCRM integrationand leverage data for sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Engage inproactive lead generation, account management, and capital equipment sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders acrossregulated industries.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Experience & Expertise:
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong background in solution-based sales and long sales cycles.
  • Expertise in account management, sales strategy, and pipeline management.
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to drive new business growth while nurturing legacy relationships.
  • Background in technical sales within regulated sectors such as Aerospace, MOD, or Industrial markets.
  • Experience in aftercare/service sales and developing customer loyalty.

Skills & Aptitude:
  • Strong ability to drive sales performance and improve processes.
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
