Job Title: Graduate Pricing Coordinator

Salary: £28k plus bonus

A leading independent provider of satellite communications and IT management solution, our client provides best-in-class satellite solutions to marine, offshore and land-based users. With offices in the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA, they have extensive experience of working with some of the largest commercial maritime operators such as Teekay, NYK and MOL.

With over 50 years of experience in the government and maritime mobility markets, the business employs over 200+ with over 40% of its company consisting of highly specialised engineers, many of who are ex-armed forces. This must be why they are trusted by major NATO government members including the UK Armed Forces, Germany's Bundeswehr and The Danish Defence Force!

Role:

  • To assist in specifying sales pricing and customer contracts and ensuring that supplier terms are reflected in our end user and reseller terms.
  • To assist the Head of Product and Marketing in managing the relationship on commercial pricing issues with key suppliers and hardware manufacturers as required for commercial aspects.
  • Help maintain a hierarchy of supplier wholesale pricing structures and schedules that can be easily understood and accessed.
  • Maintain a list of reseller and end user pricing schedules that can be easily understood and accessed.
  • Following the company's product distribution guidelines for the launch of new products and services including producing commercial contracts, market plans, marketing literature, sales presentations, Internal process documents, terms and conditions, pricing sheets and sales benefits and fact sheets.
  • To assist in maintaining the production and distribution of the Sales reference guides and contracts across the group.
  • Working with legal to assess and produce T&Cs and contractual arrangements for new products and services developed.
  • Publishing of pricing and contract information on the internal applications and file structures.
  • Provide training to the Sales teams on the commercial pricing offerings.
  • Assist the Head of Product and Airtime to manage the sales competition.
  • Any other job assigned by Head of Product and Airtime

Requirements:

  • A degree in a business-related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • A professional and flexible approach
  • A basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Flexible, customer focused and self-motivated and team player
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
