The Role:

AsHead of Quality, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering thequality strategyfor a leading manufacturing organization. Managing multiple sites, you'll ensurebest-in-class quality standardswhile continuously improving processes and systems. This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, collaborating with teams, and working proactively to resolve quality challenges. With approximately60% travel required, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring alignment across sites and driving a culture of quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute along-term quality strategyaligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire amultisite Quality Assurance team
  • Overseerisk management, supplier quality, and process audits
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues usingroot cause analysis & corrective actions
  • Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesusingLean, Six Sigma, and SPCmethodologies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withinternal departments, suppliers, and customers
  • Ensure compliance withISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in aQuality Assurance leadership rolewithin a regulatedmanufacturing environment(ideally aerospace)
  • Strong knowledge ofISO 9001, quality tools, and methodologies(Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, FMEA)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability toinfluence stakeholders, drive change, and implement continuous improvement
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to multiple UK sites.
