Group Head of Quality

We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global organisation offering excellence in supply chain solutions to the aerospace industry.

We are seeking an exceptionalGroup Head of Qualityto lead our quality assurance and improvement strategies across the organisation. This is a pivotal role that will shape our commitment to the highest standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust quality strategy aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire the quality assurance team to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a robust and structured Quality Objectives Business Plan for the Global Quality function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to align compliance with the departmental initiatives and needs of the business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality audits, certifications, and customer-related quality inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Drive a culture of quality excellence across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership quality-focused role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, analytical approach with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management or related fields.
