Graduate Sales Executive:

  • £25,000-£28,000 basic salary plus uncapped performance related bonus scheme.

The Graduate Sales Executive:

  • Hitting daily targets and KPIs
  • Growing relationships by speaking to new and existing customers
  • Negotiating payment terms
  • Winning and developing new business from existing accounts
  • Client visits
  • Quoting customers
  • Competitor analysis
  • Growing your desk into a successful business

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate - Degree is essential
  • Drive and ambition to be successful
  • Driving licence and access to car is essential as there will be a lot of travel involved
  • Effective time management, ensuring pipeline activities are met, alongside day-to-day tasks.
  • A strong knowledge of the Veterinary Market, with continued development on the
  • Veterinary industry, be this of competitors, products, prospective customers and general understanding of the industry and its make-up.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Written, oral and presentational
  • Strong computer skills, particularly on Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
