About the Role:

We are seeking ambitious and driven graduates to join our clients dynamic sales team as New Business Executive. 

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing new accounts. Working closely with the sales director you will be generating new business through referrals and your own pipeline generation.  

You will also be expected to grow the sales significantly above the organic growth that exists within these accounts. You will be provided with comprehensive product training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This role is in the exciting wearable tech industry working with some the biggest names across many sectors.

will you be doing?

  • Hunting for new business:You'll be proactively generating leads and managing national accounts with some travel further afield.
  • Building relationships:Forge strong connections with key decision-makers at exciting companies like JCB, BA Systems, Balfour Beatty, and more.
  • Closing deals:Work closely with the Sales Director, a true expert in the field, to secure those big wins.
  • Smashing targets: They are all about quality over quantity. You'll be focused on high-value deals with an average order value of £10,000.
  • Learning and earning:Benefit from close mentorship and ongoing training to hone your sales skills.
  • Enjoying flexibility:Spend 3 days on the road meeting clients and 2 days working from home.
  • Growing your accounts:Nurture your client base and watch your earnings soar!
