Are you a financial leader with a knack for driving transparency, optimising receivables, and partnering with business units to deliver impactful results? Join the team as Finance Manager and play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our organisation.


The successful candidate will: -


* Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Head of Finance and local management, providing insights, analyses, and recommendations that drive impactful decisions.
* Champion Financial Excellence: Oversee receivables management, streamline reporting, and ensure compliance with group standards while keeping key metrics like EBIT, cashflow, and mill KPIs in check.
* Drive Innovation: Develop strategies to enhance processes, reduce defaults, and optimise the cash conversion cycle.
* Lead Collaboratively: Collaborate across diverse teams, including sales, customer service, and group functions, to ensure seamless operations and effective decision-making.


Key responsibilities will be to:


* Provide financial clarity through detailed reporting and analysis.
* Prepare financial accounts.
* Drive timely payments and manage credit limits with precision.
* Lead process improvements and implement receivables management strategies.
* Ensure tax compliance, coordinate with audit teams, and uphold group standards.
* Act as a proactive business partner to mill management, influencing decisions with actionable insights.
