About the role:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities. Working closely with the Senior Leadership, Sales, Production, and external accountants, you’ll help optimize our financial operations, drive efficiency, and maintain the overall financial health of the business. This role involves overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing across multiple countries, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations:Oversee AP & AR processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and managing a high volume of transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation:Manage both domestic and international bank account reconciliationsto ensure accuracy and up-to-date financial records.
  • Payroll Processing:Collaborate with external accountants to handle payrollacross various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submitVAT returnsand other tax-related documents.
  • Financial Reporting:Generate monthly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)to provide insights into the business’s financial status.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:Work with Sales, Logistics, and Developmentteams to handle financial inquiries, validate purchase orders, and address operational needs.
  • Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvementand implement strategies to streamline financial operations.


Experience Required:

  • 2 to 5 years in finance operationsor a related role, ideally within astart-up or SMEenvironment.
  • Bachelor’s degreein Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA– fully or part-qualified.
  • Proficiency in financial software is a mustXeroor QuickBooks, Sage, or others.
  •  Experience withAP & AR, payroll, VAT returns, and financial reporting.
  •  Experience in managing ahigh volume of financial transactions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, andcommunicationskills.
  • Ability to work effectively bothindependentlyand within a cross-functional team.

Desired experience:

  • Strong understanding ofERP systemsand advanced Excel skills.
