Field Sales Engineer
Munich - Remote - Permanent Employee, Full-Time
€70,000 to €85,000 + Company Car + Bonus (OTE up to €115,000) + Excellent Benefits

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory across the Munich and Stuttgart region. You will nurture existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure excellent customer support and successful delivery of tailored testing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling high-value technical products-such as scientific instrumentation or materials testing systems-and a proven track record of success in field-based sales within sectors like automotive or manufacturing.

The Role:
*Manage a sales territory across Munich-Stuttgart, driving new business and growing existing accounts
*Sell a range of advanced materials testing systems to automotive, industrial, and academic customers
*Create and implement territory plans and tailored sales strategies
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions
*Maintain an accurate sales funnel and deliver monthly forecasts and business targets

The Person:
*Experience selling capital equipment or scientific instrumentation, ideally in the automotive or industrial sectors
*Proven track record of growing sales over a multi-year period as a field-based sales engineer
*Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials Science, or Automotive preferred) or relevant technical background
*Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to communicate complex technical solutions
*Fluent in German and English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
*Valid driving license
