Job description

Our client is a leading F1 Motorsport team. They are looking for experienced Composite Pre Preg-Trimmers/ Fitters on Nightshift and Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in Pre Preg Trimming/Fitting
• Must have experience with either the motorsport or aerospace industry

Trim, bond, and assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and manuals.

• Assemble components, jigs, and fixtures.
• Maintain the highest quality standards for all composite components.

Attention to detail essential.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements.

Key Requirements
• Extensive experience in trimming/fitting a wide range of composite materials, ideally within Motorsport/F1 but other industries will be considered.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficiency with air tools, hand tools, and adhesives.
• Attention to detail and a methodical work approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
