Expert Scientific Writer required for internal med comms team of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Organisation.Your role will be to manage and complete assigned Medical Communications deliverables at high quality standards and in accordance with agreed timelines. Projects include manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide sets, satellite symposia content, congress or advisory board reports, publication planning & medical education materials for internal medical and/or clinical teams.

Experience required:

  • Education Qualification - Science degree as a minimum & preferably Masters of PhD qualified (MSc, PhD, PharmD or MD)
  • Extensive experience – Minimum of 5+ years experience in medical communications essential
  • Medical writer / Medical or Healthcare Scientific writing expertise
  • Specific command of medical therapeutic areas (medical/scientific/therapeutic area content) for publications and materials
  • Proven ability to Interpret and apply clinical data in medical communication deliverables
  • Medical / Scientific knowledge & understanding of relevant content created
  • MS Office expertise
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication, writing and listening skills
