Youll be involved in on-boarding clients, developing search strategies, building executive referral networks, interviewing and assessing candidates and maintaining consistent communication with both candidates and clients. Youll serve a diverse range of clients through our retained executive search offering. Our executive recruitment team is small, made up of two Directors and an Executive Sourcing Specialist but due to an uptick in business, were looking to recruit an Executive Search Consultant.
