You will leverage your knowledge of the engineering sector to identify and attract top talent, while also fostering relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.Key Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients to build a robust client portfolio. * Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage qualified candidates. * Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. * Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and organisational culture. * Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding support. * Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance recruitment strategies.Qualifications: * Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the engineering sector. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent negotiation and sales abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
