As an Aerospace Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

We are looking for an authentic and engaging
person to join our high performing Aerospace team on a White Collar focused contract desk.

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

While aerospace industry experience is preferred, candidates with a strong background in white-collar engineering recruitment will also be encouraged to apply.

Proven track record of successfully billing
