Are you an Engineering Manager looking to work for a global leading manufacturer who provide a stimulating technical environment with lots of opportunities to further your career?

On offer is an outstanding opportunity to be the Head of Engineering in the UK as part of a leading global specialist manufacturer of coaxial RF connectors, adaptors and cable assemblies.

The company has quadrupled its business over the last three years and is seeking a seeking an Engineering Manager to head the technical teams based in Witham, Essex and Corby, Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will have a technical management background and be passionate about their work, have good interpersonal skills and be creative, enquiring and be capable of problem solving.

The role:

Project Management
Identify new design, manufacture, cost reduction and efficiency projects
Oversee all engineering projects
Collaborate with the sales team to develop product road map
Work with laboratories to test new designs
Working with Production on assembly of new product lines
Defining test parameters and performance capabilities
Labour estimation for quotations
Piece part costings, working with the materials team
Identifying and pricing required equipment
Value Steam Mapping / Lean AssemblyThe person:
