This company, a leading global aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Enablement Leader to join their team. As the Enablement Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of new ways of working and best practices to support the company's production ramp-up.

Responsibilities of the Enablement Leader:

  • Lead the enablement for rate increase through implementing new ways of working and best practices, both internally and externally to the company.
  • Create an enablement governance framework to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are planned and actioned through engagement and collaboration with the Plant Capex team.
  • Explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to deliver on the company's sustainability improvements.
  • Provide leadership and development for the Enablement teams, empowering them to deliver on the rate increase.
  • Manage the daily tool control and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) processes.
  • Drive FOD (Foreign Object Debris) improvement and project management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Airworthiness standards, and lead the SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People) process to identify and implement potential improvements.

    The ideal candidate for the Enablement Leader role will possess:

  • Strong facilitation skills for leading, motivating, and enabling team performance
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond in a constructive manner
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to engage with different functions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
