Salary: Up to £37,000 (including shift allowance) + signing bonus (£3,000)
Location: Denham, Uxbridge
Hours: Week 1: 06:00–14:00 / Week 2: 13:45–22:00
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

This role is based in Denham, Uxbridge and is commutable from High Wycombe, Slough, Watford and surrounding areas. A car is essential to get to site.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned, award-winning manufacturing business in Uxbridge. You'll play a vital part in producing safety-critical equipment used across Aerospace and Defence sectors, in a hands-on role where precision and quality are paramount.

£17–£18.50 per hour (including shift allowance)
Overtime available at £21–£23 per hour
£3,000 signing bonus paid in instalments across your first year
Up to £1,000 annual bonus
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Half-day Fridays and flexible shiftsElectroplating Responsibilities:

Preparing and treating metal surfaces for anodising and passivation
Operating both manual and automated finishing equipment
Applying surface treatments to exacting aerospace standards
Conducting visual and dimensional inspections on treated components
Interpreting technical drawings, part numbers, and process specificationsRequirements:

Prior experience in anodising, plating, jigging or similar finishing processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed process instructions
Confident reading engineering drawings and using measuring equipment
