Electronic Assembly and Test Technician (Space/Aerospace)

Alexander Associates are working with a leading launch provider in the space industry.

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly and Test Technician to join their team on a long term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and integrate electronic systems and components, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  
  
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance meets design requirements.
  
  
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and test results.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure project success.
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• Proven experience in electronic assembly and testing.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of testing equipment and PCB assembly.
  
  
• Relevant qualifications (BTEC, HND, or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering).
  
  
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Knowledge of aerospace standards is a plus.
