About the Role

Are you passionate about aviation and electronics? Ready to launch your career in a high-tech, hands-on environment? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Avionic Technician Apprentice to join our expert team. This is a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in repairing and overhauling a wide range of aircraft systems, including Communications, Navigation, Radar, Audio, Recorders, and Instrumentation.


Through a structured 48-month apprenticeship program, you will receive academic training and on-the-job experience, working with technologies ranging from analogue electronics to complex microprocessor and RF circuits.

 Key Responsibilities

Perform precise mechanical and electronic repairs, including through-hole and surface-mount components.


Conduct fault-finding, testing, and repairs using both specialised and general-purpose test equipment.
Work in accordance with manufacturers’ Component Maintenance Manuals, regulatory standards, and company quality systems.
Maintain accurate, legible repair records and ensure timely documentation.
Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Stay current with company procedures and industry best practices.
Participate in cross-training across technical areas to support business needs.
Use the Quantum system effectively for workflow and documentation.
