Electronic Engineer

Electronic Engineer | £35-£43k | Oxford | HybridMy client is a global leader in the space industry, pioneering innovation.After more than 100 successful missions, they are expanding their operations and seeking a talented Electronic Engineer to join their team.Main duties: * Detailed circuit design including schematic capture, component selection, and simulation. * Directing in-house and third-party PCB layout design teams. * Supporting hardware/software/system integration, validation, and qualification.Skills and Experience Required: * 3+ years of experience in a hardware product design role. * Experience in the development of satellite/payload equipment is highly desirable. * Design of complex, high-speed circuits implemented as high-density, multi-layer (10+) PCBs. * Experience with circuit and PCB design and simulation tools (e.g., Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, CST). * Hands-on experience in designing products that include microcontrollers, digital signal processors, FPGA, and ASIC. * Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., SerDes, ADC/DACs).Bonus: * Experience in the development of satellite/payload equipment is highly desirable. * Experience with DC/DC power supply design, Verilog/VHDL for component management, and developing ASIC prototyping systems using FPGAs.What you’ll get: * Competitive salary & hybrid work model * Comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, disability income protection, life insurance, pension plan, and an employee assistance program.If you feel you have the right skills and experience for this role, then please apply with a copy of your updated CV
