We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Lead Engineer to join a high-profile aerospace site in Bristol.

This is a clean, controlled environment where safety, precision, and reliability are paramount.

This role is open due to an internal promotion—so there’s a clear path for growth.

    Your Role Will Include:



Leading and mentoring a team of 4 engineers

*

Overseeing PPM scheduling and task delegation

*

Delivering toolbox talks, audits, and supporting H&S compliance

*

Working on the tools as needed to support operations

*

Coordinating with contractors and supporting extra works

What We Need From You:

*

Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.

*

17th or 18th Edition

*

Willingness and capability to be put straight on HV AP course.

*

A desire to work in a team environment.
