Job Title: Electrical Fitter (Avionics Heater)
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum dependent upon experience
Location: Stansted, Essex
Aeropeople have partnered with a multinational organisation, a global designer and manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, who are now looking to hire a permanent Electrical Fitter, to be based at their site in Stansted. The successful candidate will be expected to be on site 5 days per week.

It is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets, recognised as a global provider of third-party MRO services to commercial, regional, and general aviation customers as well as military, helicopter, and business jet markets.
They are a global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices specialising in services for more than 5,000 components over a variety of aircraft systems with capabilities covering aircraft windings, electrical power, hydraulic components, landing gear, and safety equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform workshop activities for Avionics or Heater departments to support customer demands.
Update and interact with scheduling boards, giving feedback on daily issues or concerns.
Maintain and ensure implementation of all standard operating practices and procedures.
Ensure strict compliance and implementation of all safety standards.
Meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £28,000 dependent upon experience.
25 days Annual Leave + Bank holidays.
Early Finish on Friday (39 hour week/ standard hours 8-4.30pm Mon to Thursday and 4pm finish on Friday), Overtime when work allows.

Doubled pension contribution (3-6%).

Overtime available at 1.5/ 2 x normal rate.
