Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer:

Design and develop electrical and avionics systems for aerospace, automotive and maritime applications, and ensure seamless integration into the system.
Design electrical systems to ensure compliance with the relevant safety and quality standards.
Work collaboratively alongside other engineering teams on the project such as Mechanical, Software and RF Engineers.
Generate and review technical documentation, as well as conducting regular technical reviews on the project.
Report to line managers and directors and update regularly.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the Electrical Engineer:

A degree in electrical, aerospace, mechanical engineering or related STEM field, ideally at 2:1 or above.
Experience in the aerospace industry is highly advantageous.
Experience in producing technical reports and documentation.
Understanding of electrical systems, avionics and power systems as well as regulatory compliance (eg. CAA/EASA regulations)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong Proficiency in computer and mathematical modelling software such as MATLAB, CAD etc, as well as other electrical design tools.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with a variety of departments and specialties.
Ability to work to deadlines and meet required standards.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
