Electric Power Product Requirement Manager

Stafford (based onsite)

Initial 12 month contract assignment

Whilst there may be some flexibility - initial rates are; PAYE £34.95 plus holiday pay and pension contributions OR Umbrella hourly rates £47.44.

We’re looking after a unique role for one of the biggest Engine manufacturers in the world. Within this opportunity you will champion their 4000 and 5000 series (750kVA to 2250kVA), by defining future product range content, acting as the voice of the customer and meeting global market requirements.

This is a very people and process focused opportunity with great exposure to many business groups (Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Applications, Business Resources, Operations and others).

 In brief you will;

Project Manage new market introductions and the conversion of voice of customer (VOC’s) feasible solutions
Work with Sales and Marketing (SMSP) to understand customer and market requirements and creating/managing Product Objectives for new and existing models
Define future programs for the product range and developing business cases for new products

The ability to translate complex requirements and define solutions and routes to market
High levels of prioritisation, organisation and planning skills
Capability to influence and work through others to deliver an offering
Experience in strategic product development projects or new product introduction (desirable)
Experience large engines (desirable)
