A Customer Success Manager will lead customer-facing initiatives, orchestrate virtual teams, manage program deliveries, and build strong senior customer relationships. The primary goal is ensuring successful adoption and productive use of IFS products, helping customers discover new features, and supporting their digital transformation and long-term engagement.
Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles (IFS preferred)
Industry expertise in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industries
Understanding of industry trends, KPIs, and value drivers
Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and services
Focus on customer experience with IFS products and services, including third-party solutions
Managing delivery risks for IFS and partners
Leading through influence and building trust internally and externally
Familiarity with Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and processes
Ability to develop and measure value metrics
Understanding of subscription services and renewal processes
Leading executive steering meetings and reporting progress
Collaborating with Sales on upsell opportunities
Engaging with Global Delivery SLT on escalations
Fluency in English and local languages (verbal and written)
Ability to coordinate across departments like Support, R&D, and Sales
Passion for building trusted customer relationships and exceeding expectations
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Strong interpersonal, listening, and relationship skills
Experience engaging with executives and maintaining relationships
Knowledge of IFS Applications
