Are you a skilled CNC Turner looking for a better work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking precision engineering company? We're working with a well-established manufacturer of high-performance plastic components, supplying into critical sectors such as medical, aerospace, and high-tech industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a modern facility with a 4-day working week, meaning every Friday off. If you're motivated by quality work, technical variety, and a supportive environment, this role is well worth exploring.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and maintain CNC sliding head lathes within a dedicated production cell
Deliver consistent high-quality output, maintaining close tolerances
Work collaboratively with programmers and operators to improve efficiency and processes

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a CNC Turner, ideally with sliding head lathes
Knowledge of Citizen, Star, or Hanwha lathes is beneficial but not essential
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient with inspection equipment and confident understanding metrology reports
Experience with tooling selection and optimisation strategies
