Job Title:            CNC Miller Programmer

Location:            Leighton Buzzard                            

Hours:                Days based role

Pay Rate:            £32,000 - £40,000

 

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Programmer for our client in Leighton Buzzard. They are a trusted name in high-precision engineering, delivering exceptional CNC machining and manufacturing solutions. With a commitment to quality, accuracy, and innovation, they specialise in producing complex components to exact specifications for a range of industries.

With a big surge in work it has picked up very quickly, therefore looking for CNC millers and turners to join their team. Our client is seeking committed individuals who are serious about their careers and seeking a long-term opportunity - they value stability and dedication, and want team members who are invested in growing with the company.

What’s the job?

  • Experienced CNC Miller
  • Haas & Hurco CNC Milling machinery
  • Must be fully capable of programming own work
  • Experience in small batch work and complex parts
  • Quality focused working to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to read and interpret drawings
  • Using OneCNC to create/prove programs
  • Proficient working to tight deadlines
  • Able to work as a team player and using own initiative
  • Relaxed work environment

 

Who can do this?

  • Experience with Aerospace industry and exotic materials strongly desired.
  • Must have experience on 5 axis machinery
  • CNC Turning capabilities are desired but not essential
  • Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
  • Must have offline programming experience (Preferably OneCNC)
  • Good communication skills
