Job Title: CNC Machinist - Milling
Location: Tamworth
Hours: Rotating mornings and afternoons (double days)

The Opportunity:
EMBS Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join a well-established and innovative precision engineering company located in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality components and further develop your engineering expertise within a supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate CNC Machines

  • Run proven programs ensuring parts confirm with specifications

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Self inspect own parts using manual measuring equipment

    About You:
    Our client manufactures small to medium-sized complex precision components for high-profile customers within a wide range of market-leading companies. Due to substantial growth, we require a CNC Machinist to join their existing talent team. If you enjoy working on challenging parts on state of the art CNC machines and have at least 2 years of CNC experience within precision engineering then this role could be a great fit for you!

    Essential Requirements:

  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.

  • Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

  • Ability to commute to Tamworth, reside within a commutable distance or are considering relocation to this area.

    This position requires the successful candidate to undergo UK security clearance. To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the above essential requirements. Please note that due to the security clearance requirements, we are unable to sponsor visas for this position.

    Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years setting and operating experience

  • Using various CNC Milling and /or CNC Turning machines

  • Proven background of testing yours skills on challenging and intricate parts
