CNC Mill/Turn Machinist – Day Shift

You will be responsible for setting up and operating a range of CNC machines, producing complex components to tight tolerances. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quality-focused setting and enjoys working with cutting-edge machinery and processes.

What you will do:

  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mill/turn machines.

  • Carry out first-off inspections and complete all required quality documentation.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in line with aerospace specifications.

    What we’re looking for:

  • Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship.

  • At least five years of experience operating CNC mill/turn machines (e.g., Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Matsura, Puma).

  • Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and inspection methods.

  • Proven ability to work with complex components in a high-precision environment.
