Job Advert: Cell Operative – Precision Machining (Aerospace)

Location: Denham

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000

We are looking for a skilled Cell Operative to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team at our Denham site. This is a key role within the Machine Shop, where you'll help produce high-precision components used in advanced ejection seats for military aircraft.

The Role:

As a Cell Operative, you’ll be setting and operating both manual and CNC machines to manufacture high-quality components. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of life-saving equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating and setting manual and CNC machines

Machining components to tight tolerances and technical drawings

Inspecting components using conventional measuring tools

Deburring parts and carrying out basic machine/tool maintenance

Maintaining high quality standards throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a machine shop environment

Skilled in CNC programming, milling, turning, and deburring

Ability to read and work to technical drawings and specifications

Confident in inspecting components to precise quality standards

Team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail
