Are you an experienced CMM Inspector with a background in precision aerospace or manufacturing inspection? Are you looking to grow within a rapidly expanding global organisation and work on high-spec, complex components? Do you enjoy a hands-on shop floor role where accuracy and detail are key? If so, we are urgently seeking a CMM Inspector to join a highly skilled team working on critical aerospace components using the latest inspection technologies and techniques.

Monday to Thursday: 6am–1:45pm/ 1:30pm–9:15pm (alternating weekly) & Early finish Friday

Shift Premium: 12.5%

Key Benefits:

Salary: £32,266.79 + Shift pay + Overtime (Typically £36,300 with overtime)
Shift Premium: £4,033.35
Holidays: 185 hours annually (23 days + 8 bank holidays)
Christmas Shutdown: 24th December – 5th January
Pension: 5% employer + 5% employee contributionCMM Inspector – Key Requirements:

Prior experience as a CMM Inspector in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and quality standards
Proficiency in CMM operation and inspection (e.g., PC-DMIS, COSMOS, or similar)
Good working knowledge of dimensional inspection using micrometers, verniers, height gauges, and other metrology tools
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and teamwork skillsResponsibilities:

Perform dimensional inspections on precision-engineered aerospace components
Operate and program CMMs to inspect parts to customer and engineering specifications
Interpret and apply GD&T to ensure compliance with technical drawings
Document inspection results accurately and flag any non-conformances
Collaborate with production and engineering to support quality improvements
