Your role

Step into the spotlight as our Account Manager for the Aerospace and Defence portfolio, where you’ll be the driving force behind strategic client relationships and revenue growth. You’ll cultivate trusted connections with existing partners while unlocking fresh opportunities in high-potential markets—acting as the go-to expert who solves challenges, delivers standout solutions, and ensures satisfaction at every touchpoint. By aligning client ambitions with company goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll fuel account expansion, shape powerful strategies, and help us soar to new commercial heights.

  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by understanding business needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring consistent, value-driven communication.

  • Drive growth opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-selling of products and services aligned with client goals.

    Your profile

  • Previous experience in the defence sector

  • Previous consulting sales experience essential and in an engineering focused organisation desired

  • Experience in a service sector driven organisation

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
