Are you a Chief Engineer looking to join an independent company that is both highly respected and revered within the aerospace sector, known undoubtedly experts within the industry for over two decades?

In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering team and their capabilities - this includes implementation and development of best practices. You will also be responsible for the approval of engineering deliverable as well as technical guidance for other engineers. You will also work closely with the Operations Director to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal Chief Engineer will hold a Mechanical Engineering degree - ideally from a safety-critical industry. You will also possess technical knowledge as well as previous experience in an engineering lead/management role. You will also hold SC clearance/be able to obtain it.

The role:

Lead the Engineering team
Approval of Engineering deliverables as well as Technical Guidance
Working closely with the Operations DirectorThe person:

Holds a Mechanical Engineering degree
Technical knowledge
Previous experience in a lead/management role
