Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with a background selling into the Manufacturing / Engineering industries looking to join a longstanding company with international backing who are looking to expand their presence I the industry and can provide training, a host of great company benefits including a hybrid car and a bonus to boost earnings?

This long-standing company have been established for over 100 years and are now a part of an international group. They have offices across Europe with a combined staff of over 1000 employees. They produce coated abrasives and precision grinding tools for a range of manufacturing industries such as Automotive and Aerospace.

In this autonomous role, you will be travelling to client sites, focusing on the development of new business while improving relationships with existing clients, providing a technical understanding of the products and carting out demonstrations. You will have the flexibility to create your own sales strategy and plan your own week.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar with a background in Manufacturing / Engineering looking to work for a growing company that can provide industry training, progression opportunities, a range of benefits including company car, card and good pension along with a bonus to boost earnings.
