Area Sales Manager

The Role of Area Sales Manager - Industrial Adhesives: As Area Sales Manager for south Wales and the southwest of England, you will be tasked with growing sales of their high quality but competitively priced range of industrial adhesives, by generating demand with manufacturing businesses, both OEMs and MRO end users in sectors such as food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, petrochemical and marine. This is a consultative process, so you will only be making 6-8 customer visits per week. The role is an even split of account management and new business development, where you will receive incoming leads. A typical week is out in the field, in front of customers Monday to Thursday and Friday working from home with a 3pm finish.

For the position of Area Sales Manager - Industrial Adhesives, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Field sales experience, must have sold industrial adhesives at some point Must be well sales trained and have a proven track record of hitting targets Tenacious with a consultative / problem solving approach to selling Must be well presented, professional and ambitious to grow your career Able to spend the occasional night away from home Driving licence

Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Industrial Adhesives:

£45,000 - £60,000 base salary DOE, plus uncapped monthly commission £6k 1st year Plug in hybrid SUV company car Finish at 3pm on Fridays 25 days annual leave + Christmas shut down + Bank Holidays
