OVERVIEW

Working as Full-Time Aerospace Sales, you will work with existing Key/Strategic Accounts and prospective customers in the Aerospace, Aviation, and Aircraft Repair Industry to find solutions for their needs. You will engage directly with customers and manufacturers on a daily basis to perform process mapping and facility assessments and increase the productivity of our customers. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing strong working relationships between new and existing customers with Av-Tech Industries and maintaining relationships by collecting feedback over time
  • Executing a sales plan to meet and exceed aggressive annual sales goals
  • Assisting with the sales process and implementation of Quality Control Procedures with new and existing customers
  • Supporting the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) process
  • Managing inventory
  • Placing and fulfilling orders
  • Receiving and shipping inventory
  • Inspecting Aerospace Product
  • Kitting of hardware to customer specifications
  • Performing deliveries with a company vehicle
  • Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
  • Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
  • Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
  • Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
  • Possess or are working towards an associate's degree in Business/Marketing OR have two years of industry experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
  • Willingness to travel
  • Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages on a regular basis
