Account Manager Assistant – Aerospace & Electronics

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Supporting the dedicated Account Manager, this role will be responsible for reviewing customer contracts, loading and maintaining customer orders, managing production schedules, handling returned material for repair or additional work, and supporting the Account Manager in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract review of incoming orders: load new customer Purchase Orders onto the scheduling document and check all details are accurate and correct.

Loading and maintaining production works orders: manage works order start dates to meet the required build start date to ensure on-time delivery is met.

Customer schedule management administration: load new orders onto the scheduling document and check all details are accurate and correct, manage product queries by recording issues and effectively communicating with the customer.

Requirements:

Strong PC skills with knowledge of Excel and the ability to analyse and manipulate data

Professional manner with excellent internal and external customer service skills

Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
