Trainee Estate Agent Role:
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will support the sales team with day-to-day operations including viewings, negotiations, and client communications. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level role for an ambitious, confident individual with strong people skills and a keen interest in the local property market.

Trainee Estate Agent Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers

  Build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service

  Support sales negotiations between buyers and sellers

  Maintain accurate records on CRM systems

  Assist with marketing properties and canvassing new business opportunities
