With a strong reputation and high employee retention, the company is looking to add a new Trainee CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator or similar to their team to boost their long term growth.

In this role, the successful CNC Setter/Operator will be responsible for operating, setting, and eventually programming CNC machinery. The successful candidate will be working alongside senior engineers, ensuring that they are fully adapted to the different workspace environment, whilst also offering training and shadowing if necessary.

The ideal CNC Setter/Operator or similar will have a background and strong experience in Setting and Operating, with the ability to read drawings, having worked in engineering firms previously.
