We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead advanced R&D projects spanning Mixed Signal ASIC design and validation, Post-Silicon, hardware (HW), and software (SW) development.

This is a key role driving the delivery of complex, high-impact projects for the aerospace and defence sector, ensuring cutting-edge solutions for space and satellite communications applications.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager and team leads to oversee cross-functional engineering efforts, coordinating both internal teams and external vendors. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved within scope, time, and budget. Consolidate plans across engineering departments, suppliers, and partners.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with system engineers, ASIC designers, hardware engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to drive project success. Build strong communication channels and foster teamwork across disciplines.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies to minimize project impact. Anticipate roadblocks and proactively develop contingency plans.

    Experience

  • Proven track record of leading technology projects in VLSI (chip development / complex IP development).

  • Experience with analog design

  • 5+ years’ experience in technical program management or team leadership.

  • Degree in Engineering or MBA (BSc/MSc).

  • Background in satellite, aviation, or networking industries – highly desirable.

  • Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and escalation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a high-demand, dynamic environment.
