Are you a Stress Engineer with experience in FEA looking to join a growing engineering consultancy where you'll work on some of the industry's most challenging projects, with the opportunity to gain Security Clearance and support cutting-edge Aerospace, Defence and Marine programmes?

This growing engineering consultancy founded 20+ years ago delivers specialist design, structural analysis and simulation services to leading Aerospace, Defence and Marine organisations. Working on complex, high-profile engineering programmes, they provide innovative solutions across advanced mechanical systems, supporting customers from concept development through to verification and certification.

In this role, you will carry out structural analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on complex mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens Simcenter. You will develop and validate simulation models, produce technical stress reports, and work closely with customer engineering teams to support the delivery of cutting-edge Aerospace, Defence and Marine projects.

This role would suit a Stress Engineer or similar with experience using Finite Element Analysis software who is looking to work on technically challenging projects and gain Security Clearance while progressing within a growing engineering consultancy.

The Role:

  • Carry out structural analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Siemens Simcenter

  • Develop, validate and refine simulation models for complex mechanical components and assemblies

  • Produce technical stress reports and structural verification documentation

  • Work closely with customer engineering teams on confidential Aerospace, Defence and Marine programmes

  • Initially based in Dorking for onboarding before moving to a customer site on the South Coast, with accommodation provided where required

The Person:

  • Stress Engineer, Structural Analysis Engineer, FEA Engineer or similar

  • Experience using FEA software (Siemens Simcenter or similar)

  • Commutable to Portsmouth

  • Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
