We’re looking for a Service Consultant to join a dynamic tech-focused team that helps growing businesses build better apps and systems. You’ll be chatting with clients, solving problems, and learning loads as you go.

Role responsibilities of a Service Consultant:

Helping customers with technical support over the phone, by email, or in person (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
Working alongside experienced team members to support exciting projects.
Building great relationships with businesses and helping them get the most out of their tech tools.
Picking up skills in project planning, risk management, and communication.
Being the friendly face (or voice) that clients trust to help them out.
An ideal candidate for the Service Consultant would have:

You’re quick to learn and love getting stuck into something new.
You’re a confident communicator—comfortable talking to all kinds of people.
You enjoy problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
