Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Nottingham - Realtime safety critical systems

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a highly successful Electronics manufacturer based near Nottingham, who are now seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to develop a pioneering mission critical propulsion system.

The company are working with customers globally to develop novel solutions to a range of applications, utilising the latest technology available! You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team, developing a pioneering application that will be used globally.

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will be ensuring that Engineering projects are completed in a timely manner, liaising with stakeholders and engineering managers within the business

Key Skills

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Maths, Physics or similar
  
  
• 4+ years commercial Electrical Design experience
  
  
• Solid experience working on safety critical products (Aerospace, Medical, Defence etc)
  
  
• Solid experience of IEC 63046 and/or IEEE (phone number removed)
  
  
• The ability to gain security clearance is essential.
