As a Reception, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients, visitors and colleagues with a warm, professional welcome
• Answering and directing calls, taking messages and handling new enquiries
• Managing the enquiries inbox and routing emails to the right team
• Keeping the office diary up to date and coordinating meetings
• Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception and communal space
• Supporting with events, travel arrangements and day to day office admin

As a Reception, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in acustomer service environment is essential
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion forcustomer service
• Confidence taking initiative and solving problems independently
• Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Comfortable usingMicrosoft Office systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 5 GCSEs (grades A to C/9 to 4) including Maths and English, or equivalent
