Quality Inspector

Aerospace Quality Inspector – Camberley – £30,000–£35,000 DOE – Immediate Start

Our client are a precision engineering company specialising in aerospace components, and we're seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in Camberley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct component inspections using CMM equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy
  
  
• First off, goods in, Final inspection
  
  
• FAIR’s
  
  
• Identify non conformity and support in root cause analysis
  
  
• Assist with auditing
  
  
• Measuring equipment calibration
  
  
• Interpret engineering drawings, applying knowledge of GD&T principles
  
  
• Prepare and maintain documentation in line with AS9102 First Article Inspection and ISO 9001 standards
  
  
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve non-conformances
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
  
  Candidate Profile:
  
  
• Proven background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
  
  
• Solid experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation and reporting
  
  
• Working understanding of AS9102, ISO 9001, and GD&T
  
  
• Attention to detail, proactive approach, and a commitment to quality
