Quality Inspector

Our client is a modern manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a quality inspectors:
Duties:

• Providing support for the quality department in a company that is accredited to the latest ISO, TS and AS standards.
  
• Dealing with customers.
  
• Ability to measure pressed and precision parts. (CNC machined parts)
  
• Ability to calibrate plug gauges, gap gauges, micrometers, depth mics, calipers.
  
• Ability to use digital calipers and micrometers.
  
• Generating ISIR's and FAIR's, route cards, aerospace paperwork.
  
• Use of a manual CMM.
  
• Use and knowledge and programming of a keyence.
  
• Use of a shadowgraph.
  Hours:
  
• 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm Friday.
  
• Overtime may be available.
  This is a permanent position that starts immediately
